Custom Brass Shelf Configurator
Design Your Custom Brass or Stainless Steel Shelving Unit
Our custom shelf configurator lets you design a shelving unit tailored to your exact dimensions. Choose your mounting type, number of shelves and bays, pipe diameter, and finish — and see real-time pricing as you build. All systems are precision-machined from solid, unlacquered brass or stainless steel and produced in 7 days. Ships to the US and Canada via UPS Air in 3–4 days.
What the Price Includes
The configurator price covers the complete brass or stainless steel structural frame — all rods, fittings, and flanges required to assemble your shelving unit. Glass, wood, marble, or other shelf surfaces are not included and are customer-supplied. This gives you full control over the shelf material, thickness, and finish to match your interior.
Mounting Types
Ceiling — Rods drop vertically from ceiling flanges. No wall attachment required. The classic bistro bar shelf format, widely used in residential kitchens, home bars, restaurants, and hospitality spaces.
Wall — Rods anchor to the wall at the back of the unit. The most common configuration for kitchen shelving, bar backs, pantries, and living spaces.
Ceiling and Wall — Anchored at both ceiling and wall for maximum stability. Common in taller installations and commercial bar fit-outs.
Ceiling and Counter — Rods drop from ceiling and rest on a countertop below. No wall or floor fixing required. Ideal for bar back shelving where the unit sits on the bar counter.
Counter and Wall — Rests on a counter below and anchors to the wall above. Common for kitchen backsplash shelving and bar back displays.
Wall and Floor — Anchors to the wall at the back and rests on floor base feet. Maximum stability for tall, heavy-load installations.
Ceiling and Floor — Tensioned between ceiling and floor with no wall attachment. Used for room dividers, freestanding display structures, and open-plan installations.
Freestanding — Stands on floor base feet with no wall or ceiling attachment. Portable and repositionable — common in retail displays and showrooms.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order sizes not shown in the configurator?
Yes. The configurator covers standard configurations. For non-standard dimensions, additional bays, or complex layouts, use the free quote form — we'll prepare a technical drawing and price within 24 hours.
What happens after I click Checkout?
Clicking Checkout adds your configured shelving unit to the Shopify cart with all specifications attached. You complete the order through our standard checkout. After ordering, we'll send you a technical drawing for your review and approval before production begins.
Are glass shelves included?
We don't ship glass shelves — glass is fragile and the risk of breakage in transit is too high to do it reliably. Instead, once your order is confirmed, we provide you with the exact glass dimensions and specifications for your unit so you can order from your local glass shop. It's a straightforward process, and we'll make sure you have everything you need to get the right cut.
What is the maximum size per bay?
Each bay can be up to 45" wide. For wider installations, multiple bays are combined — there is no upper limit on total width. Height and depth are fully customizable.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes — we ship to the US and Canada via UPS Air. Delivery takes 3–4 days from dispatch. Alaska and Hawaii are currently not served.
